The steak was over done, so we sent it back. We never wanted took off the ckeck, just fixed. The couple that was with us ordered a sandwich. The meat was soured it smelled bad and tastes worse. They told the waitress to tell us it what it is and they were not taking it off the bill or fixing it. The bad meat was to be paid for. We explained that we didn't want it taken off the bill. They said no and that we had to deal with it. Normally my steak is great and the cook does a good job. But to make someone pay for bad meat they can't eat or they would end up in the we is redickulos.

We stopped for lunch on a road trip. Fantastic food, great service, and the portions are more than generous. I will definitely try to return.

One of the strangest things is the pricing. They are so cold to out-of-towners, yet the prices are borderline outrageous. I can't help but wonder if there's secret "locals-only" pricing, because I can't imagine many folks in Wellington can afford a place like this. I burned up an entire day's per diem on a single meal for just myself.

Overall, glad I tried it, but I'm definitely not going back. I prefer less-overpriced food, napkins without other peoples' pubic hair, and friendly service. But if those things aren't your jam -- or if you live in Wellington -- you might just love this place.

Best lamb and steak in the state! Family owned and great service! If you live near by or are driving thru stop by and enjoy an amazing meal

Weird place. Just. Weird.

If you get french fries, you end up with a giant blob of fries that seemed like it could have been 3 entire potatoes. It was so ridiculous it was comical; I've never seen anything like it. I ate a bunch of the fries, put a bunch in a to-go box (to the point the lid wouldn't close), and still had well over 1/2 the original amount of fries left on the plate. The locals must really like their fries, but I thought the quantity it was pretty unbelievable.

Honestly the best steak we've ever had in Utah we travel through a lot and always make sure we stop. Besides that we broke down in our motorhome right outside of the restaurant last night and the owners immediately started offering us help looking up numbers and referring us to mechanics open on a Saturday. Family owned beyond amazing food & service

The waitress made it point to act all cheery with the locals, then treat me cold with one-word answers, dirty looks, etc. Service was just plain poor... I noticed that a couple other guys that ended up also getting seated in the shame room got a similar treatment; they sounded like they were from out of town as well.

The food was pretty good, although it was grossly overpriced. My steak was cooked to the doneness requested, but the quality and flavor wasn't up to par with what I've grown to expect from grilling meat for a decade. It's not hard to cook up a better steak, so don't get your hopes up. They also call themselves a steakhouse, but I didn't even see a ribeye on the menu, which was odd.

Being in town for work I thought I'd try out this little local joint to see what it was all about. Right when walking in the door I was immediately met with curious, uncomfortable stares by all the locals sitting around. I was then "greeted" by an annoyed-looking lady that didn't seat me in the main dining area, but took me into a side room and stuck me in the corner -- presumably so I wouldn't disturb the locals she was visiting with.

One thing that was a little off-putting were the cloth napkins... I'd bet money they take them home and wash them with their personal laundry. I've have fewer hairs in a hotel towel than I had in my cloth napkin at this place.
