The receptionist is very rude. Too bad though huh? You have to deal with these people. I called to get help with the online payment system (it wasn't working) and she told me to call back tomorrow. Online it says you can call from 9-noon or 1-5. I called @ 1:25 and was told "too bad", basically. F#@k these people! Your very freedom could be threatened and they couldn't care less.
